Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch your goods within 1-2 days of placing your order.

Once your parcel is picked up a tracking update will be emailed to you from our provider, please check your junk mail folder if you do not receive this email.

International orders outside of New Zealand and Australia will be the care responsibility of the person who placed the order, we will not take any responsibility for missing orders. Please note orders are NOT tracked due to the cost of postage.
